Bookham RC have finally started their project to redevelop the club house, air range & 25yd firing point. They applied for and received three main grants from Sport England, Veolia Waste Management and The Thomas Flack fund administered by Mole Valley Council. The grants totalled just over £100,000, which was matched by funds raised within the club. The grant companies have now approved the choice of contractor and club members have so far cleared the site, dismantling the old clubhouse, knocking down the 25yd firing point and breaking up the concrete bases.

Building of the new club house, covered air range and new 25yd firing point is due to start in April and is anticipated to reach completion in mid summer.
