If you reside in a property that is liable for Council Tax in any of the following areas, you are eligible to shoot small bore under NSRA rules for Surrey:

Croydon
Elmbridge
Epsom and Ewell
Gatwick Airport
Guildford
Kingston
Lambeth
Merton
Mole Valley
Reigate and Banstead
Richmond
Runnymede
Southwark
Surrey Heath
Sutton
Tandridge
Wandsworth
Waverley
Woking

The Surrey county boundary is defined as the pre-1965 pre-GLC county, plus London boroughs that have been incorporated for administrative reasons.
